Our Policy

Current population of Mexico is about 120 million, almost the same as Japan. On the other hand, the area is 5.2 times as large as Japan, and unlike Japan, the population is still increasing.
Furthermore, the wage level is the same as China and India, but the rate of wage increase is low and stable compared to other countries.
The number of Japanese companies in Mexico has also increased rapidly over the past few years, and more than 1,000 Japanese companies have already advanced into Mexican markets. In addition, it is also geographically close to the large markets of U.S.A. and South America.
Mexico, on the other hand, differs from Japan in many aspects, such as language, religion, culture, legal system, then Japanese will face problems in various situations. However, there are many people who hesitate to access to a lawyer and consult a lawyer after a trouble occurs.
Despite the increase in the number of Japanese companies operating in Mexico, there are no Japanese lawyers who are licensed in Japan resident at all. Therefore, we opened this office where the Japanese lawyer who has abundant experience in overseas cooperate with the Mexican lawyer and which is an easy-to-access office while maintaining quality.
Our office has related offices in Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Israel, Osaka, and Tokyo and we will provide services from the perspective of comparison with other countries based on the experience accumulated in each country.
As the first Japanese law firm in Mexico, we would be happy if we could contribute to the advance of Japanese companies into Mexico and contribute to the mutual development of Japan and Mexico.
